Well hey friends! I had the absolute pleasure of capturing Sierra and John’s engagement session, and let me tell you, it was a dream! We kicked things off at the iconic steps of The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, and wow, what a backdrop for their love story.

As soon as they arrived, it was clear that these two were totally in sync. We started snapping away on those grand steps, the sun peeking through the trees, casting a beautiful glow. Sierra looked stunning, her laughter lighting up the scene, while John’s goofy charm kept the mood relaxed and fun. I could tell right away that this shoot was going to be special.

After we got our fill of the MET steps, we decided to wander across the street. We found some amazing spots to capture their chemistry. From candid moments running across the street to playful shots in front of a hotel entrance, each click of the camera felt like we were capturing a little piece of their journey together.

But it wouldn’t be a true New York experience without a little street food, right? We wrapped up the session by grabbing a classic pretzel from one of the local vendors. Watching them share that pretzel—giggles and all—was the perfect ending to our day. Nothing says love like a warm, salty snack in the heart of the city!
